In order to personalize, you must enter all names to be engraved in the provided spaces below. Please be sure to double check the spelling of the names. Once received, if a spelling is wrong and it is determined to be our mistake, please contact us and a new one with the correct spelling will be mailed to you free of charge. If the wrong spelling of a name was your mistake, the correct name will be mailed but there will be a $5 charge (includes shipping).
