Shipping policy

All items are custom made to order. Please allow 7-21 days for processing. Every product and degree of production/customization requires a different timeframe for processing. Shipping days are in addition to processing times.

We make every effort to have finished products packaged, labeled with tracking numbers and transported to the mailing facility within 1-2 business days after completion. Tracking information will be emailed to customers when shipping label is created. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. Shipping times will vary depending on shipping method, location and time of year. Salt-Tee Beach Designs, LLC is not responsible for packages once delivered to mail facility, but if you do not receive your package within 7-10 business days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at info@saltteebeachdesigns.com and we will look into the location of your package and do our best to make it right.
